The Bible doesn’t have explicit teachings about God’s love for pets, but it does have passages that speak to God’s care for all living creatures. One example is Psalm 104:24 which states “How many are your works, Lord! In wisdom you made them all; the earth is full of your creatures.” This verse suggests that God created all living creatures and continues to take care of them.
Another example is in Matthew 10:29, Jesus says “Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care.” This verse teaches that even the smallest and seemingly insignificant creatures are under God’s care and protection.
It’s not specified that God love pets, but it’s clear that God created all creatures and care for them, it’s also clear that God cares for all living things, including animals, and that they are not insignificant in his eyes.
